Yes, yes! I know! I have finally settled on what I want to do with this blog. I have tried to force it into having a purpose, but in the end, I decided that I am going to let it settle into the same approach that my life philosophy is built on. This blog is gonna change, morph, and always be different; it will go with the flow, and as inspiration fills my head, this blog will act as a conduit to get that inspiration out. So needless to say, no two posts will be the same, there will never be a pattern, or any sense to why I have a blog. Realistically, I realize that I will never have a ton of readers, or followers, but it is nice to write something for people, and if I can inspire one person, I'm happy. Although my blog is mainly focused on writing, I will fill my posts will all kinds of art, photography, blurbs, music and, anything else that catches my attention.

I also would like to mention once again that if anyone has any art, photographs, or writing that they'd like to have displayed, or to get out into the world, please let me know.  Please refer to my post Calling all photographers and artists for all rules and regulations.

With that being said, my days have been extraordinarily busy.  I am managing four university courses, keeping a house clean, making meals, and, quite recently, editing a book. I have still found time to keep up my fitness, and go out on hikes. In fact, the last hike my husband and I attempted took us over 9 hours!!  That was a trial, and physically exhausting.  But we survived, and the food and beer that night at Jack Astors was amazing. I never thought I'd be so happy to have a french fry.

Today I am finishing up reading a novel for school, so this is a quick post. The road to dream fulfillment is a long, and bumpy one.  One day when school is all done with, maybe my blog will have a purpose once again, but for now it's a great way to warm up my brain for a day of creative thinking.

But before I go, I want to make a quick book plug.  For anyone that likes fantasy novels, this is the book that I just finished editing.  The author is a very talented young woman, and it is nice to see her dream come to fruition, and I was ecstatic to be part of it.  Order your copy of Star Spirit here
